The MEDSPRING project (Mediterranean Science, Policy, Research & Innovation Gateway) (www.medspring.eu) is moving forward to connecting research and society through the MEDSPRING-AGORA (http://agora.medspring.eu).
In order to address the societal challenges “high quality affordable food”, “resource efficiency”, “energy” addressed by MEDSPRING in the frame of the Euro-Mediterranean cooperation and dialogue on research and innovation, we are launching a first on-line open consultation on the valorization of research results in relation to the above challenges.
The people participating in the open consultation are asked to contribute formulating recommendations for actions, which will be then conveyed through the proper institutional channels to research managers and policy makers, European Commission and other regional organisations and actors, in view of influencing their research agenda and increase research impact.
MEDSPRING-AGORA is targeting to active citizens, researchers, enterpreneurs, policy-makers and everyone else having a stake in the above societal challenges in the Mediterranean region.
Thus, MEDSPRING encourages you to contribute and/or forward this message to your project partners, network members, colleagues, friends, followers and others that you think can have an interest to actively participate in the consultation.
